Terms of stay

House rules

The essentials for a pleasant stay that respects the place and the neighbours.

Welcome to our apartments. So that your stay goes well and the place is respected, please read the rules below. They exist to protect the comfort and quiet of every guest and of their neighbours.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version is the legally binding one.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 4pm. For an earlier arrival, let us know: it is possible subject to availability.

Check-out before 11am. A late departure must be agreed beforehand; additional charges may apply.

Conduct

  • Respect the place and the neighbours: avoid excessive noise, particularly between 10pm and 7am. Repeated disturbance may end the stay immediately, without refund.
  • Parties and events are strictly forbidden. An immediate penalty of €1,000 applies.
  • Pets are not allowed, dogs included. Additional cleaning and damage charges apply.
  • Smoking indoors is forbidden. It is allowed on balconies and terraces. Any smell detected will incur restoration charges.

Cleanliness and care

We hand over a clean, well-kept apartment. Please keep it that way and put rubbish in the bins provided.

Take care of the equipment provided. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.

Damage and liability

  • In the event of damage, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. If the amount exceeds it, we reserve the right to claim the difference.
  • We accept no liability for theft or loss of personal belongings. Do not leave valuables unattended.
  • If keys are lost or not returned, replacing the lock cylinder will be charged — labour, parts and call-out included.

Safety

  • Gas appliances, candles and any equipment presenting a fire risk are forbidden.
  • Make sure the door is properly closed when you leave, and do not share access codes with anyone unauthorised.

Security deposit

The deposit is pre-authorised on your card the day before arrival, then released on the day of departure, provided no damage or breach of these rules is found.

Where a rule set out here is broken, all or part of the deposit may be retained.

Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: full refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: no refund, except in duly justified cases of force majeure, reviewed individually.

Serious breaches

In the event of a serious breach — an unauthorised party, major damage, disturbance to neighbours — we reserve the right to terminate the rental without refund.

Where damage or breaches exceed the deposit, we reserve the right to pursue the matter in court.
