The space

This 100 m² independent loft-house welcomes you in the heart of the sought-after Boulingrin neighborhood. The bright, generous living room embraces a true loft style with high ceilings, extended by a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 spacious bedrooms and bathroom provide all the comfort needed to host up to 6 guests. The neighbourhood

The loft-house sits in the Boulingrin district, one of the most beautiful and pleasant neighborhoods in Reims: elegant streets, a real local atmosphere, and cafés and restaurants just steps away. The Hôtel de Ville and the famous Halles du Boulingrin, the city's Art Deco covered market, are a short walk away, as are the pedestrian shopping streets and the Cathedral of Reims.

Getting there and parking

You'll have private, independent access to the entire loft-house, with no shared spaces with other units. Check-in details (access code or key handover) will be shared with you before your stay to ensure a simple, self-guided arrival at any time.
