- How do check-in and check-out work?
- Check-in is from 4pm and check-out before 11am. Forty-eight hours before you arrive, you receive everything needed to let yourself in with your own code. Nobody to wait for, no appointment to arrange.
- What is included in the apartment?
- All our apartments are fully equipped: bed and bath linen provided, complete kitchen, fast internet, television, welcome amenities. End-of-stay cleaning is included. No hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- You can cancel free of charge up to fifteen days before arrival. After that, the stay remains payable. In case of a serious event — hospitalisation, bereavement — contact us and we will always find a solution.
- Can I book for several weeks or months?
- Yes. Our apartments take a single night as easily as a stay of several months, with weekly and monthly rates. Write to us for a tailored quote.
